Located in the Northeast of Vietnam, belonging to Quang Ninh Province, Halong Bay has twice been recognized by UNESCO as a World Natural Heritage Area for its exceptional scenic beauty and outstanding geological and geomorphic values. This is a must see destination for travelers when coming to Vietnam. This trip offers many exciting activities such as kayaking, snorkeling, cycling, cooking and fishing.
Day 1: Hanoi – Halong (-/L/D)
7:30- 8:15am: Pick you up from hotel and leave for Halong Bay. Short break en route in Hai Duong Province (20mins). Arrive in Halong Bay around 12:00 pm.
Begin your cruise in Halong Bay where seafood lunch is served on the boat. Go on admiring the amazing kasts with different formations on the way to the cave. Visit to Halong Bay’s largest cave of Sung Sot (Amazing Cave).
Afterwards, enjoy a kayaking trip (around 1 hour and a half) to explore Luon Cave and the amazing rock formations and islands on the bay.
Back to the cruise, free time for swimming, sunbathing or snorkeling…. Relax on the sundeck and enjoy free fruit and drink served by the crew. Join a cooking demonstration to learn how to prepare some traditional Vietnamese dishes with our professional chefs then sit down for dinner.
After dinner, free time at your leisure: relaxing, enjoying music or fishing for squid and fish on the bay (equipment provided) then retiring to the comfort of your cabin.
Day 2: Halong – Hanoi (B/L/-)
Rising up for breakfast and cruising to admire the beautiful morning scenery of the World Heritage site.
Cruise stops over for swimming, snorkeling (equipment provided) and taking photos before cruising back to the harbor. On the way, witness the beauties of Dinh Huong Island (incense burner), Cho Da Island (stone dog), and Ga Choi Island (fighting cocks).
In the afternoon:
Disembark and take a bus to Halong city for lunch. Return to Hanoi with short break on the way. Arrive in Hanoi around 5:00 pm and say goodbye at your hotel.
